About Robyn

Robyn Wishart is the founding lawyer of Wishart Brain and Spine Law LLP in Vancouver. She has represented clients in the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal since March 2001, with a practice focused on catastrophic and complex personal injury cases and insurance litigation. Earlier in her career she represented insurance companies, including Lloyds of London, for her first seven years in practice. Robyn studied sports psychology at the University of Winnipeg while playing on the varsity volleyball team, then completed her law degree at the University of Victoria with a year of study at Cardiff University in Wales. She teaches and speaks on neuroscience and trial advocacy across North America and was the first Canadian to lead civil advocacy workshops at the Ultimate Trial College at Harvard Law School. She belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the Vancouver Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice.
