About Kenneth
Kenneth Cole partnered with Philip Epstein to found Epstein Cole in 1978. As a senior partner, his practice covers all aspects of family law and alternative dispute resolution, and he regularly acts as a mediator and arbitrator. He has appeared before all levels of court in the province, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has acted as a Dispute Resolution Officer with the Superior Court of Justice. Kenneth has long been active in mentoring young lawyers and lecturing on family law topics for the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. For years he served as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, teaching the Advanced Family Law Course, and he also taught property and legal ethics as an adjunct in Osgoode Hall's LLM program. In 2017 the Advocates' Society gave him the Catzman Award for Professionalism and Civility, and he has been consistently ranked by Lexpert Canada and Best Lawyers. Kenneth was called to the Ontario bar in 1976 after earning his LLB from Osgoode Hall, where he made the Dean's List, in 1974.
