About Kennedy

Kennedy Simpson advises public, broader public, and private sector employers on a range of labour and employment issues, including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, human rights and accommodation complaints, wrongful dismissal claims, and employment standards matters. She received her JD from the University of Toronto in 2019, where she earned the Douglas K. Laidlaw scholarship and the Gowling WLG Prize for Trial Advocacy, and competed in the Callaghan Memorial Moot and Arnup Cup. Kennedy holds a BA from the University of Waterloo and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
