About Stephen
Stephen Mullings is an insurance defence litigator who was called to the bar in 2001 after earning his LLB from the University of Windsor and an honours BA from the University of Toronto. He articled and worked as an associate before becoming a partner at Dutton Brock LLP in 2009 and co-managing partner in 2019. His practice spans products liability, professional liability claims, construction litigation, general liability matters, and tort motor vehicle claims. He has tried cases before judges and juries at all levels of court in Ontario and in the Federal Court. He is a past president of the Toronto Lawyers Association and belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Bar Association and other defence organizations.
