About Husnain
Husnain Malik works as an associate within Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies practice in Toronto. His work spans emerging companies, venture capital, M&A, corporate finance and general corporate matters. He completed the joint JD/MBA offered through Western Law and the Ivey Business School, receiving the Bernard and Bessie Wolf Scholarship for top academic standing in that combined program. Before law school, he had a career in banking and co-founded a startup company. He articled at a leading international law firm in Toronto prior to joining Osler.
