About Brett

Brett Christen has appeared as counsel for employers in hundreds of administrative and court proceedings at both the federal and provincial level. He regularly represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations and advises on a wide range of labour relations issues, and he has been certified as a Specialist in Labour Law since 1998. His clients have included federal and provincial Crown corporations, municipalities, railways, utilities, and private companies in manufacturing, transportation, information technology, and business services. Brett studied at St. Mary's University before earning his LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School in Halifax, and he was called to the bar in 1990.
