About Kelsey
Kelsey Hudson practises family and child protection law at CDR Law, with a focus on representing Guardians ad Litem in cases where children's voices need representation in the legal system. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Dalhousie University in 2010 and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law in 2013, during which she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia and gained experience through the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2014 and joined the firm in 2020 after several years practising family law with a Dartmouth firm. Her work includes parenting, support and divorce matters, and she frequently appears before the Supreme Court's Family Division. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
