About Olga

Olga McWilliam Benson is a partner in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office. She practices primarily in personal injury litigation and has been recognized annually in The Best Lawyers in Canada for that work since 2022, alongside a broader practice in general civil litigation, real estate law, and wills and estates law. Olga has appeared before the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada and the Tax Court of Canada, and has served several terms on the Law Society's Disciplinary Committee. She currently sits on the board of Wonderbolt Circus and previously served as vice president of the SPCA.
