About Myles
Myles Bilodeau is an experienced tax planning lawyer with more than a decade of experience helping small and medium-sized businesses optimize their tax structures. He works with growth-focused business owners to design tax structures that both minimize tax and enhance creditor protection. He sits on the planning committee for the Atlantic Provinces Tax Conference, is past Chair of the CBA (NS) Tax Section, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He earned his LL.B./J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, receiving the Stikeman Elliot Prize for the highest mark in Taxation of Individuals and the Goldberg Thompson Prize for the highest mark in Taxation of Corporations. He holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2009.
