Mark Davis is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group and a certified Specialist in Intellectual Property by the Law Society of Ontario. He is an accomplished intellectual property litigator with significant experience in patent and trademark litigation, anti-counterfeiting disputes, and trade secret matters. He is a Registered Trademark Agent who designs brand strategies and manages trademark portfolios for major companies worldwide. He holds an LL.B. from Queen's University (1995) and an M.Sc. in Immunology from the University of Toronto (1994).
