About Katie

Katie Browning is an associate supporting North Shore Law's Family Law Group, called to the BC bar in August 2024. She articled and worked as an associate at a boutique family law firm in downtown Vancouver, managing cases and appearing before the BC Provincial Court and Supreme Court. During law school she served as Editor-in-Chief of the UBC Law Review and provided pro bono services at Rise Women's Legal Centre. She earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 2020 and her JD from UBC's Allard School of Law in 2023.
