Hossein Faramarzi is the founder and principal lawyer of Faramarzi Law Corporation, practising business and real estate disputes, ICBC and personal injury, divorce and family disputes, immigration and citizenship, and criminal law. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, a Master's degree in Neuroscience from UBC, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. Faramarzi is a trial lawyer who represents clients at all levels of court and administrative tribunals, and he successfully represented his client in Kakavelakis v. Boutsakis, one of the longest civil dispute cases in British Columbia's history. He provides legal aid through the BC Legal Services Society to individuals in financial need and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Law Society of British Columbia, the American Association for Justice, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the North American Brain Injury Association, and the International Association of Brain Injury.
