About Sarah

Sarah Whitehead-Olley's primary focus is family law, covering adoption, separation and cohabitation agreements, and litigation on joint family property, guardianship, parenting responsibilities, and spousal support. Whitehead-Olley is a fully accredited family mediator and arbitrator, representing clients in both Provincial and Supreme Court and in mediations. A long-time Burke Mountain resident, Whitehead-Olley previously practiced at a large Surrey firm and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the BC Parenting Coordinators Roster Society, and Mediate BC.
