About Katherine

Katherine Melnychuk is a partner at McKercher LLP's Regina office focusing on health law, professional regulation, labour and employment law, and insurance defence. She has represented clients across Saskatchewan courts, administrative tribunals, and federal courts, and joined the partnership in 2021. She holds memberships in the Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association and was recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada 2026 for Labour and Employment Law. Katherine earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2014.
