About Alyssa

Alyssa Phen is an associate at McDougall Gauley with a litigation practice focused on labour and employment, administrative law, and appeals. She has appeared in Saskatchewan's provincial and appellate courts and before the Labour Relations Board. Her earlier legal work included employment, contract, and land administration matters for public bodies. She has chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Administrative and Labour Law South Section Legislation and Law Reform Committee since 2022. Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015 and a Juris Doctor in 2019, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2020.
