About Anita

Anita Fraser is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office specializing in civil litigation with particular interest in health law, privacy law, and professional disciplinary matters. She joined the firm in 2009 after clerking with Saskatchewan's Court of Queen's Bench, returned in 2016 after completing a master's degree in the UK, and became partner in 2020. She has taught health law and appeared before multiple court levels and administrative tribunals. Anita earned a Bachelor of Commerce with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008 and a Bachelor of Laws with great distinction the same year, a Master of Laws in Medical Law with distinction from Queen Mary University of London in 2016, and a certificate in privacy law and information management in healthcare from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022.
