About Heather

Heather Robertson is a partner at Gerrand Rath Johnson LLP with a labour law practice concentrated on representing and advising unions, including regular appearances before the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board and in arbitration hearings. Born in Moose Jaw, she worked for several years as a family services worker with the Government of Saskatchewan, providing child protection intervention, before pursuing law. Heather articled with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice in 2009-2010 and joined Gerrand Rath Johnson upon her call to the bar. She earned a Bachelor of Human Justice from the University of Regina in 1998 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2009, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in June 2010.
