About Jessica

Jessica Bihun is an associate at McDougall Gauley's Regina office, practising criminal and regulatory defence alongside family law and general litigation. She has appeared before all levels of Saskatchewan court, including the Court of Appeal, Court of King's Bench, and Provincial Court, as well as various administrative tribunals. A Regina native, she joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 before articling and being called to the bar. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science with distinction from the University of Regina in 2019 and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2022, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2023.
