About Rebecca

Rebecca M. Young is a partner at Damien Frost and Associates, where she represents health and other regulated professionals in proceedings before their Colleges' complaints and discipline committees. She has appeared on behalf of clients before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, and also assists professionals seeking accreditation or licensing, including doctors, pharmacists, registered massage therapists, and physiotherapists. Her practice extends to representing health care clinics and individuals facing insurance company investigations, allegations of benefits fraud, criminal fraud charges, and related civil claims. Rebecca earned her BA with honours in criminology from the University of Toronto in 2010 and her JD from Queen's University in 2013. She articled with the firm, joined as an associate in 2014, and was made partner in 2017.
