About Kate

Kate Lawlor is an associate in the firm's Toronto office who advises clients across income tax law, including domestic and cross-border tax planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, trust and estate planning, and tax dispute resolution. Before joining Thorsteinssons, Kate practiced with the tax group of a national law firm. Kate holds a BComm from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
