Jared G. Cummings is a Vancouver-based associate at Eyford Partners LLP with a broad civil litigation practice covering commercial litigation, construction disputes, tort, appeals, judicial review, defamation, and sports law. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and various administrative tribunals. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Carleton University in 2018, and he was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023. Before joining Eyford Partners, he articled at a national law firm and worked as a case worker with Community Legal Services of Ottawa and a peer mentor with the Legal Writing Academy during law school.
