About Warren
Warren Brazier returned to his hometown of Vancouver in 1996 to begin his law career, after time in London, Ontario, and Los Angeles. His practice covers corporate/commercial and real estate law, as well as energy and natural resources matters, for clients including local and international businesses, entrepreneurs, project developers, and First Nations. He has advised First Nations on business structuring, land use, and resource development, and worked with developers of renewable energy projects including wind, hydro, geothermal, and biogas. Warren also has broad experience in commercial real estate, advising on acquisitions, financing, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and residential properties, and in mergers and acquisitions of small, medium, and large businesses. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles, earned his California bar license in 1996, and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1998. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Clean Energy Association of British Columbia, and the Canadian Geothermal Energy Association, and was appointed to the BC Government Green Energy Advisory Task Force in 2009.
