About Karin
Karin Sachar's commercial litigation practice covers class actions, securities litigation, product liability, broker-dealer disputes, and insolvency and restructuring matters. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and brings both trial and arbitration experience, having handled a lengthy and complex trial along with multiple arbitrations. Karin edits Osler's Class Action Blog and speaks conversational Hebrew. She earned a J.D. from the University of Toronto along with a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a B.A. (Hons.) in History from Queen's University.
