About Brian

Brian Man is a business lawyer at Segev LLP whose work centres on corporate and commercial deals, commercial real estate transactions and estate planning matters. He advises clients on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, business purchases and sales, commercial leasing, debt financing, incorporations, amalgamations and corporate governance. His estate planning practice ranges from straightforward wills and incapacity planning to more complex multiple-will and blended-family arrangements, including the creation of family, spousal, alter ego and Henson trusts.
