About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn Tonita was called to the bar and signed the rolls with the Law Society of Saskatchewan in May 2026. Born and raised in Regina, she earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina before completing a Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan, where she developed an interest in civil litigation, family law, and criminal defence. Prior to law, her work in social services gave her firsthand insight into systemic challenges faced by individuals and families.
