About James
James Vogel, K.C. is a senior family law lawyer at Nychuk & Company with more than 35 years of experience. He has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, in complex and high-conflict matters involving property division, spousal and child support, custody and access, and family farm divisions. He was appointed King's Counsel and has been recognized by Lexpert as a leading family law practitioner in Saskatchewan. Jim regularly lectures on family law for the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and is completing his certification as a family mediator. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 1984 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1987, and he was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1989.
