About David

David Flett is a senior family lawyer at Nychuk & Company who has practised since 1995, resolving family law matters through negotiation, arbitration, and litigation. He handles separation and divorce, custody and access, support, and the division of family property including farm and business assets, and has trained in collaborative law and arbitration. He earned Qualified Arbitrator status in 2018 and has served as a Family Arbitrator recognized by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice since 2019, and he has volunteered with Pro Bono Law of Saskatchewan's family law clinic since 2019. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, both in 1994, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1995 and the Manitoba bar in 1998 (now inactive).
