About Tom

Tom Waller is a founding partner of the firm, established in 1977 as Olive Waller Zinkhan & Waller LLP. Waller was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 1973, earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 1972 and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan's Regina campus in 1971, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1995. The practice emphasizes Aboriginal, employment, and labour law, along with commercial transactions and specialized litigation. Waller previously served as Past President and CEO of Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan and held leadership roles with the province's Forestry Secretariat and the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
