About Brian
Brian Lunde is a litigator at McKercher LLP's Regina office. After his 2017 call to the Saskatchewan bar, he spent four years with a national firm handling general litigation with an emphasis on health law and insurance defence. In 2021 he moved in-house with Saskatchewan's largest provincial insurer, developing further expertise in insurance law before returning to private practice. He has appeared at all levels of Saskatchewan court and administrative tribunals, including as co-counsel in three civil jury trials. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Human Justice, both with distinction, from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010, and a Juris Doctor with distinction in 2016.
