About Adam

Adam Ailsby practises business and commercial litigation, debtor-creditor and collections law, insurance defence, and contested estate matters at Nychuk & Company. His practice also spans administrative law, bankruptcy and insolvency, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment law, real estate, and wills and estates, and he has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Adam is the only Contract Advisor licensed by the Canadian Football League Players' Association in Saskatchewan, advising professional athletes on contracts and career planning. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota in 2001 and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2005, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2006.
