About Curtis

Curtis Onishenko is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office who chairs both the firm's Commercial Litigation Group and its Estate Litigation Group. His practice covers estate litigation, family farm disputes, corporate commercial litigation, and shareholder disputes, addressing issues like testamentary capacity, undue influence, and Family Property Act claims. He has appeared before all three levels of Saskatchewan court and the Federal Court, teaches at CPLED, and is active in the Canadian Bar Association. Curtis earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Philosophy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2001, articled with McKercher, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2022.
