About Joanne

Joanne Moser, K.C. is a partner at Nychuk & Company who practises family law, real estate, and estate matters. She handles divorce, custody, child and spousal support, property division, and cohabitation agreements, as well as wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives, and has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and the Supreme Court of Canada. She was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2017 and is rated by Lexpert as a leading family law practitioner. Joanne currently serves as President of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1990 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan, with distinction, in 1993, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1994.
