About Monica
Monica Evans practises family law exclusively and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2017. She has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench, and also works as a mediator helping families resolve disputes without litigation. Monica earned her law degree with an honours designation from Cardiff University. She is known for a measured, discreet approach to advocacy and for pursuing principled, lasting outcomes for her clients. Outside of work she enjoys hiking and skiing in the Rocky Mountains and volunteers in her community.
