About Warren
Warren S. Jennings is the founder of Jennings Family Law, practising family law exclusively since 2002. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2002 and the British Columbia Bar in 2009, and has appeared before courts in both provinces, including the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Warren favours negotiated, mediated, or arbitrated resolutions over litigation, and has settled cases involving assets exceeding $80 million across several Canadian provinces. In 2004 he became one of the first family lawyers in Calgary to offer flat-rate billing, and he later authored a separation agreement template still used widely in Alberta. He founded the firm in 2015 and now practises in Calgary and Airdrie, Alberta, and Duncan and Victoria, British Columbia, and speaks regularly at family law conferences.
