About Julie
Julie Gingras became an associate at Wilson Vukelich LLP in 2011 and made partner there in 2016. Her work centers on structuring, negotiating and drafting the documentation for asset-based finance, securitization and factoring deals, along with aircraft transactions. Before joining the firm, she was an associate at a Bay Street firm, representing domestic and international corporations and aircraft financiers in aircraft financing arrangements, delivery closings and the purchase, sale, and leasing of business aircraft, while also working within that firm's asset-based financing group. She has also negotiated multimillion-dollar aircraft sales with international clients while working for a major Canadian aerospace manufacturer. Gingras is a professional user entity on the International Registry for aircraft objects and is fluent in French. She holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003.
