About Juliana
Juliana Peluso is an Associate Attorney in Green and Spiegel's Philadelphia office, where her practice concentrates on removal defense and federal litigation of immigration matters. She first worked at the firm as a law clerk during law school. Juliana graduated magna cum laude from the evening program at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served as a judicial intern in a magistrate court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a staff editor on the Temple Law Review, and a teaching assistant for first-year legal research and writing courses. She was also named a 2022 Law & Public Policy Scholar and a Beasley Scholar. Juliana is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Senegal from 2012 to 2014, an experience that sparked her interest in immigration law. She speaks French and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2024.
