About Sebastian

Sebastian Elawny is the founder of Outsiders Law, which he launched in October 2021 after 11 years at a large multinational law firm, where he eventually led the tax group, and after helping build a law practice with a Big 4 accounting firm. He focuses on tax and M&A matters and has advised charities and not-for-profits on amalgamations, corporate restructurings, and new charity structuring. Before becoming a lawyer, he co-founded an IT company in 1999.
