About Joshua
Joshua Moon is a partner at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall practising in real estate and administrative law, with a focus on municipal planning, land development, commercial leasing, project finance and P3 infrastructure projects. He has represented clients before numerous municipal councils and administrative tribunals, including the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal. Before joining the firm's Real Estate Law Group in 1999, Moon was Vice-President, General Counsel and Director of Development for an Ottawa property management and development company. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1985 and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo's School of Urban and Regional Planning in 1980, and was included in the 2025-2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate law.
