About Joshua

Josh Nutt joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall in 2022 after working at a local litigation boutique. He has a varied litigation practice covering employment law, professional negligence, insurance and personal injury matters, and commercial litigation, and has appeared before a range of administrative tribunals as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. Nutt earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2016 and a political science degree magna cum laude from the same university in 2013, and worked at a federal administrative tribunal and an employment insurance legal clinic during law school. He has spoken at the Carleton County Law Association's Civil Litigation Conference and volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline.
