About Joshua

Joshua Jackson is an associate in Cunningham Swan's litigation group, specializing in commercial and corporate litigation. He has handled shareholder and partnership disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, receiverships, environmental claims, franchise litigation, investor fraud, real estate litigation, and construction disputes for clients including individuals, regulated professionals, and businesses. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, as well as administrative tribunals and in arbitration proceedings. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2019 and practised in downtown Toronto before returning to Kingston.
