About Andrea
Andrea's practice as a solicitor focuses primarily on real estate, estate administration, will drafting and corporate matters. She has advised clients on complex estate and business succession planning, various aspects of real estate transactions, new corporate structures, and the purchase and sale of businesses. While completing her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, Andrea worked as a summer and articling student in the Toronto office of Gowling WLG, then continued as an associate in Gowling's financial services department, acting on transactions for major Canadian financial institutions. She later served as legal counsel for Canada Post Corporation, focusing on the drafting and negotiation of complex business agreements, before joining Wilson Brigneti after moving to Kingston in 2017. Andrea serves clients in both English and Spanish.
