About Tony
Tony graduated from Queen's University Law School in 1995 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1997. He has practiced primarily in plaintiff's personal injury litigation for injury victims and their families, handling claims from motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability (including slip and falls) and assaults. He also assists with accident benefit claims, long-term disability claims, Canada Pension Plan appeals and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board hearings. Tony has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the County of Frontenac Law Association.
