Rachael Saab is a partner at Torys LLP whose litigation practice spans corporate and commercial disputes, pension and employment litigation, and intellectual property matters. Her corporate litigation work centers on complex transactional and shareholder disputes as well as class actions. Saab represents major pension funds and corporations in pension litigation and appears before tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She has acted for defendants in national employment class actions involving Canada Cartage, Livingston International and the Canadian Hockey League. Her IP litigation practice includes proceedings under the Patented Medicines Notice of Compliance Regulations and patent infringement cases in life sciences and information technology. Saab has appeared before courts in Ontario, Alberta, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
