About Joshua

Joshua Edmunds is an associate in RAR's Litigation Group, concentrating on commercial disputes with a particular focus on construction matters, including complex infrastructure and public-private partnership projects, lien claims, and disputes tied to design-build agreements. He acts for developers, project owners, contractors, financial institutions, and commercial real estate clients in breach of contract and shareholder disagreements, appearing before Ontario's courts and various tribunals, including the Commercial List. He also handles alternative dispute resolution work and has significant trial experience, including a four-week civil jury trial. Joshua favours a disciplined, practical approach, working with clients early to define their goals and build a strategy suited to commercial realities. He earned his J.D. from Western University's Faculty of Law in 2019 and his B.A. from McGill University in 2015.
