Apolone Gentles leads RAR Litigation's Construction and Infrastructure Group and is known for calm, pragmatic advice that distills complex issues into practical guidance. A CPA, she brings a commercial lens to construction law grounded in risk management and business realities. Since joining the firm in 2015 she has represented owners, contractors, subtrades and suppliers in complex, multiparty, multimillion-dollar disputes spanning infrastructure, commercial and multi-residential projects, appearing before various levels of court in Ontario and handling mediation and other dispute resolution. She advises clients on the modernization of the Construction Act and helps them update their contracts accordingly. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015.
