About Bianca
Bianca is an associate in the firm's Construction and Infrastructure Litigation Group. She has handled complex, multi-million-dollar litigation and alternative dispute resolution files tied to major provincial infrastructure projects, including hospitals, correctional facilities, highways, and transit lines, and has appeared in both civil and regulatory proceedings before the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Ontario Court of Justice. Before joining the firm, she worked as legal counsel in the Commercial Resolutions Group at Infrastructure Ontario and as an associate at a boutique environmental law firm, experience that now informs her approach to construction disputes. Bianca earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, where she made the Dean's List. She sits on the board of Young Women in Law.
