About Joseph

Joseph Kuta is an associate in Thorsteinssons LLP's Toronto office. He advises private enterprises, entrepreneurs, business owners, and families on Canadian tax planning, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. Before joining Thorsteinssons, he practised tax law at a firm affiliated with one of the Big 4 accounting firms. Joseph earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 2021 and holds a BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he played NCAA Division I soccer.
