About Laura
Laura Zubot is a partner at Beitel Tax Law LLP whose work centers on tax litigation and dispute resolution, covering audits, CRA objections, and appeals before the Tax Court. She also guides clients through the CRA's voluntary disclosure program. Her client base spans owner-managed businesses and individuals, often in real estate, trades, restaurants, and manufacturing. Laura co-edits Beitel Tax Disputes for the Owner-Manager. Before joining the firm she was an associate at a tax litigation boutique and, earlier still, focused on tax dispute resolution at a firm affiliated with an accounting practice. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, has completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Course, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2015.
