About Dale

Dale was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and co-founded McLeish Orlando alongside John McLeish in 1999, building a firm dedicated entirely to personal injury and wrongful death litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with the Law Society of Ontario and previously led the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association as its president, and belongs to the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Advocates' Society. He has been ranked as Most Frequently Recommended in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and listed in Best Lawyers in Canada every year since 2010. Dale earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University in 1991 and his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1994.
