About Jordan
Jordan Smith joined Swainson Miki Peskett as a founding partner specializing in corporate-commercial law. He grew up in Edmonton and attended the University of Alberta for both his undergraduate and law degrees, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2008. His practice serves small to large businesses in highly regulated industries, including publicly traded companies and utilities corporations, covering mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, succession planning, and commercial transactions, including large-scale share and asset deals and reorganizations of interlaced legal entities.
